Customized Products
All customized products (e.g., handmade collars, leashes) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature.
Physical Products
If you’re not satisfied with a physical product (non-custom), you may return it under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in new condition.
- Return Window: You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Refund: Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Digital Products
All digital products, including eBooks, training videos, and online courses, are final sale and non-refundable due to the nature of digital content.
Services
For training sessions and consultations, we offer a flexible cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notice: You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the session price.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with a photo and description of the issue. We will either:
- Offer a replacement product.
- Process a refund, including shipping costs.
